Buying Club

Welcome to the Kingston Natural Foods community! You are now a part of a growing number of individuals and families who are making the switch to a healthier lifestyle.  Being part of a Buying Club has many advantages, but these advantages also come with great responsibility.  Each club member must contribute in order for the club to run smoothly.  We ask that every member carefully review this membership guide and practice the guidelines outlined within.

For Current Members

To Place an Order:

  • Go to UNFI.com and type in your username and password.
  • This will bring you to our member site where you can place your order.
  • Look up your items using the options under “Product Information” on the left side of the page and begin adding them to your basket.
    • Type in your product numbers and amounts (i.e., “1″ for one case or one item – depending on how the product is sold.)
    • Check the “split” box if you are going to split the case with another member. Look in the “Split Items” basket to see what others want to split – you may want to add some of those items to your basket as well.

    Yearly Renewal Fee: $30

  3. Look in your inbox for an e-mail from KNF with your username and password. Can take up to a week to process.

Expectations of Membership

As our membership continues to grow, the demands of administrating our club become more complicated.  So there is an expectation for our Members to:

  • pay the one-time fee of $36
  • volunteer minimum 3 hours during the course of the year (which can be participating in one delivery cycle)
  • read the Membership Guide

Times To Pick Up Order:

Thursday (delivery day)    4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m Thursdays

Payment:  Pay by cash or check (made out to “Kingston Natural Foods”) at pick-up on Thursday.
